Aroob Jatoi advised friends to delay visits due to Ducky’s fragile mental state.
YouTubers ask fans to give him space as he recovers from emotional trauma
YouTuber Iqra Kanwal has disclosed that fellow creator Saad-ur-Rehman — widely known as Ducky Bhai — is dealing with serious mental health challenges following his recent jail experience. She urged fans and fellow creators to respect his need for privacy as he undergoes emotional recovery.
“Jail Severely Affected His Mental Health”
In a recent vlog, Iqra Kanwal and her husband, Areeb Pervez, responded to fans asking why they had not immediately met Ducky after his release.
Areeb said he initially planned to meet him once bail was secured but later consulted Aroob Jatoi, who advised waiting due to Ducky’s fragile mental condition.
According to Areeb, it was Ducky’s first time in prison, and the environment proved overwhelming. He noted that after enduring such harsh conditions, Ducky needed quiet time with his family, not social visits.
Iqra added that the YouTuber went through an extremely difficult period, and its impact on his mental well-being is “clearly visible.” She highlighted that while audiences expect creators to “bounce back” on YouTube, trauma like this requires patience and healing.
Ducky Not Ready to Meet Anyone Yet
Iqra Kanwal said she has remained in contact with Aroob Jatoi and Ducky Bhai’s wife, who confirmed that he remains emotionally distressed.
“He is not fully functional yet,” Iqra said, adding that Ducky currently needs space, peace, and uninterrupted family support to recover from the emotional strain caused by the jail experience.
She emphasized that visiting him at this stage could worsen his condition, which is why the couple has chosen to wait.
Background: Arrest and Release
Ducky Bhai was arrested in August by the Federal Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (FIA) over allegations of promoting online gambling applications.
He was granted bail earlier this month and subsequently released.
Since then, family members and content creators close to him have urged fans not to pressure him for appearances, vlogs, or meetings until he stabilizes emotionally.
