A minor dispute over just Rs200 turned into a brutal and heartbreaking killing in Mansehra district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where a young man lost his life after being stabbed during a heated argument.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, highlighting how everyday conflicts can spiral into irreversible tragedy.

Dagger Attack Leaves Youth Critically Injured

According to police officials, an argument broke out between Saquib and the accused, Sherbaz, over a small amount of money.

During the confrontation, Sherbaz allegedly attacked Saquib with a dagger, inflicting multiple critical injuries.

Law enforcement officers rushed to the scene and immediately shifted the injured youth to Ayub Medical Complex, where he later succumbed to his wounds during treatment.

Police Act Swiftly, Accused Arrested

Police confirmed that the accused was arrested shortly after the incident, and a formal case has been registered at Khaki Police Station.

Authorities said further investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances leading to the fatal altercation.

Separate Tragedy: Young Woman Found Dead in Abbottabad

In a separate and unrelated incident, police in Abbottabad’s Cantonment area reported the death of a 20-year-old woman who sustained a bullet wound to the head.

Officials stated that an investigation is ongoing to determine whether the incident was a suicide or the result of gunfire under other circumstances.
